How much support is available?
Each selected project receives a €5,000 lump-sum grant, with no mandatory co-financing for the agreed grant amount. Any costs above the grant must be covered by the applicant. The proposed total project cost must be at least €5,000.
When is the grant paid?
The grant is paid in two stages: 70% after the initial project check and 30% after approval of the final report. Payments depend on the agreed activities, outputs, results and contract conditions.
Is mentoring included?
Selected projects receive nine months of free tailored technical mentoring, in addition to the grant.
Are only the five Estonian craft categories eligible?
No. They are outreach examples. The full Call Guide lists a broader range of eligible craft activities and NACE codes. Contact INNOQUEST if you are unsure about your activity.
Can I submit documents in Estonian?
This INNOQUEST service accepts application material in English only. The official call also requires the prescribed application annexes in English.
Does sending an enquiry complete my official application?
No. The contact form is for questions and INNOQUEST guidance, not application submission. Submit your official application through the central CRAFT-TOUR call and keep its acknowledgement.
Which documents are required for the official application?
Annex I A Application Form, Annex I B Budget and Annex II Declaration of Honour. Use the current official templates, complete them in English and upload them as PDFs as required by the call. Annexes III, IV and V concern contracting, banking and reporting after selection or are provided for reference.
What is the deadline?
Check the official CRAFT-TOUR call page for the current submission deadline and any announced extension.
Will my application documents be public?
Local support documents are stored privately and are available only to you and authorised INNOQUEST staff. The central call separately explains how information about awarded projects may be published. Read both privacy notices before submitting.
